Terms Of Service

Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using PWC’s website, applications (including the PWC Super App), merchant tools, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • PWC provides non-custodial You are solely responsible for securing your devices, wallets, private keys, seed phrases, and credentials.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may be publicly visible on distributed ledgers. PWC cannot alter, cancel, or reverse transactions once broadcast.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted via your wallet(s) and accounts connected to the Services.

PWC may offer:

  • Consumer features: wallet tooling, QR/point-of-sale crypto payments, loyalty/rewards, lifestyle/travel bookings, and related utilities.
  • Merchant tools: invoicing, checkout, POS integrations, reporting, settlement options, and developer APIs.
  • Ecosystem services: analytics dashboards, partner integrations, and

You agree to pay all applicable fees, which may include network fees (gas), processing fees, or merchant service fees. Fee schedules may be updated from time to time and presented in- product or on our website.

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other
  • Facilitate prohibited transactions (e.g., money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, illegal goods/services).
  • Interfere with security or integrity of the Services (e.g., reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, perform DDoS, inject malware).
  • Misrepresent affiliation with PWC or impersonate
  • Use automated scraping or data mining except as permitted by txt or a written agreement.
  • Circumvent geo-blocking, eligibility requirements, or compliance PWC may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Services may interoperate with third-party networks, wallets, blockchains, payment rails, or service providers. PWC is not responsible for third-party content, terms, outages, or actions.

Where required by law or risk policy, PWC or designated providers may perform KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), sanctions screening, and other compliance checks. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update changes. Access to certain features may be restricted if verification is incomplete or fails.

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Regulatory frameworks can change. Transactions can be delayed, fail, or become more expensive. You understand these risks and agree that you use the Services at your own risk.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Services are owned by PWC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We may provide early-access features labeled as beta, preview, or experimental. These are offered “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. PWC’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (i) the fees you paid to PWC for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PWC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

PWC may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk concerns. Upon termination, provisions which by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of- law principles.

Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) in accordance with its rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Phuket, Thailand. The language shall be English. Each party waives the right to a jury trial where applicable. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Consumer Rights. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country grant you non- waivable rights or forum options, those rights remain unaffected.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PWC collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal data when you access the website, mobile apps (including the PWC Super App), merchant tools, or related Services.

Categories of Personal Data
  • Identification & Contact: name, email, phone, company, role, country/region.
  • Account & Usage: login data, device IDs, app/website usage logs, IP address, cookie identifiers, language, time zone, crash/diagnostic data.
  • Transaction & Wallet: wallet addresses, transaction hashes, assets, amounts, merchant identifiers, timestamps.
  • KYC/KYB (where required): identity documents, liveness checks, business registration docs, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening results.
  • Communications & Support: messages, tickets, survey feedback, marketing
  • Commercial: subscriptions, purchases, redeemed rewards, referral
  • Location (approximate): derived from IP or device settings if enabled.
  • Directly from you (forms, support, onboarding, merchant enrollment).
  • Automatically via cookies, SDKs, analytics, and
  • From third parties: identity verification providers, analytics, advertising networks (if used), and integration partners.

We may collect identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation (approx.), and inferences (limited). We do not sell personal information. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising only if you consent. You may opt out at any time via “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”.

We share personal data with:

  • Service providers/processors: hosting, cloud, analytics, support, KYC/AML vendors, payment/settlement partners.
  • Integration partners: merchants, marketplaces, or platforms you interact with through the Services (as directed by you).
  • Affiliates: for operations, internal reporting, and
  • Authorities: to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or enforce our
  • Business transfers: in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset We do not sell personal data.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, UK IDTA/Addendum). Copies of these safeguards can be requested where permitted by law.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements. Specific retention periods may vary (e.g., KYC records often retained for 5–10 years where required by law).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation, secret management, monitoring, and vendor due diligence. No system is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, delete, or port your
  • Object to or restrict
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on
  • Appeal decisions regarding your privacy
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

PWC does not engage in solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human involvement.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service or transactional messages may still be sent.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies? –

Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit our website. Similar technologies include SDKs, pixels, and local storage. They help us remember your preferences, secure the site, and understand usage.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Performance/Analytics: help us analyze traffic, diagnose errors, and improve

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period (e.g., 1 day to 24 months) unless they are deleted earlier. Specific durations may vary by cookie.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings and in-site cookie banner/preferences. If you enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will honor it for applicable jurisdictions.

Disabling certain cookies may impact functionality.

By creating an account, interacting with support, or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications (e.g., emails, in-app messages). You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy legal requirements for written communications and signatures where permitted by law.

If you are a merchant or business user, your relationship with PWC is governed by the Merchant Agreement you signed or accepted during onboarding. That agreement contains your full and binding rights and obligations, including onboarding, settlement, fees, compliance, and termination.

Please refer to your copy of the Merchant Agreement for the complete terms applicable to you. In the event of any conflict, the Merchant Agreement prevails.

If you are a developer using PWC APIs or SDKs, your relationship with PWC is governed by the API License Agreement you accepted at registration. This governs permitted use, rate limits, data handling, and compliance obligations.

Please refer to your copy of the API License Agreement for the complete and binding terms. In the event of any conflict, the API License Agreement prevails.

PWC supports a safe and compliant ecosystem. Where legally required or justified by risk, we and/or our vendors may:

  • Verify identities and businesses (KYC/KYB).
  • Screen against sanctions and
  • Monitor for suspicious activity and report as
  • Apply geo-restrictions or feature limits to comply with local

You represent that you are not located in, under control of, or a national/resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not on any restricted party list. You will not use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, submit a notice including: (i) your contact information, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material, (iii) a statement of good-faith belief, (iv) a statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority, and (v) your signature.
